Incomplete halo [Leeds UK, 9:02:52am Wed 30 Apr 2003; FinePix4800Z]

An incomplete halo seen in Leeds at 9:02am on Wednesday 30 Apr 2003. The sun is behind the tree. This display lasted an hour or so, but the halo never became a complete circle.

Please exercise the usual caution when looking at or near the sun, especially when using optical equipment (including camera viewfinders).
